Additionally, Mr. Baker has been extensively involved in environmental litigation, including matters involving leaking underground storage tanks and enforcement actions brought by governmental entities. His broad range of experience over the past two and a half decades includes litigation relating to products liability, automobile accidents, premises liability, oil field accidents, insurance bad faith, medical malpractice, worker's compensation, defamation, and commercial and contract disputes. Mr. Baker has worked in all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial and appeal in state and federal court.
