Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is becoming increasingly popular as a means to resolve disputes outside the constraints of traditional litigation. ADR usually offers faster results at a lower cost.

Herzog Crebs LLP has attorneys who have received specialized training and have been certified as neutrals with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Herzog Crebs LLP attorneys are on the approved list of mediators of organizations such as the Circuit Courts of the City and County of St. Louis, Missouri and the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, Illinois.
