Attorneys

Joseph A. Hargraves, Jr. graduated cum laude from Southern Illinois University Carbondale in 2004, where he earned a Bachelor of Art in History.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Hargraves participated in the Criminal Defense Clinic and interned with the St. Louis City Public Defender. Prior to joining Herzog Crebs, he practiced in general civil litigation in the St. Louis Metropolitan area and worked as a sole practioner in Southern Illinois.

Mr. Hargraves is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and focuses his practice primarily on asbestos and toxic tort litigation.
