Matthew M. McCarthy has substantial experience in providing legal advice to senior management of publicly owned companies as well as privately held corporations on a wide variety of contractual and operational issues.
From 1986 to 1994, Mr. McCarthy was Vice President and General Counsel for Wetterau Incorporated, then the nation's third largest publicly held food wholesaler and retailer.
From 1994 to 2001, he served as Vice President and General Counsel for United Industries Corporation d/b/a Spectrum Brands, a privately owned manufacturer and distributor of lawn and garden products.
