Gene J. Brockland has been engaged in a diverse commercial and litigation practice since graduating from Washington University School of Law in 1985. His areas of emphasis include contracts, employment disputes (representing management), franchise and distributorships, product liability, and construction law. He has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, as well as before arbitration panels. In addition, Mr. Brockland serves as corporate counsel to various privately-held corporations, providing advice on a variety of commercial issues.
Mr. Brockland is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois and is a member of the Missouri and Illinois State Bar Associations and the American Bar Association. He is a partner in the firm.
