Ann Bodewes Stephens, who joined the firm in 1996, represents a variety of clients in matters relating to general business, estate planning and tax. She advises individuals and all sized businesses in various areas including acquisitions and mergers, contract negotiations, choice of entity issues, tax planning and general business issues. Prior to her current position, Ms. Stephens worked at Selner, Glaser, Komen, Berger & Galganski, P.C..
Ms. Stephens is a graduate of St. Louis University School of Law and has a Master's Degree in tax law from Washington University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from Quincy College (Illinois) in 1986. She is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the American Bar Association, as well as a member of the Estate Planning Council of St. Louis. Ms. Stephens is past President of the Board of Directors of the Child Day Care Association and a member of the Board of Directors of Zelda Epstein Learning Center.
