A Fuller Glaser, Jr. was born in St. Louis, Missouri in February 1951. He received a J.D. degree from St. Louis University in June 1976 and then received a Master's Degree in Tax Law from Washington University in June 1981. He was admitted to the practice of law in Missouri in September 1976. Mr. Glaser is also admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Missouri, United States Tax Court and before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Glaser concentrates his practice in the areas of business, tax and estate planning. Most of his work is with businesses of all sizes; planning company activities such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, succession planning and other major transactions. He is a member of the Missouri and American Bar Associations (Business and Tax Section). Mr. Glaser has been a speaker at seminars sponsored by the St. Louis Metropolitan Bar Association and National Business Institute. Mr. Glaser is listed in the 2005 and 2006 editions of Missouri & Kansas Super Lawyers. Mr. Glaser has an AV "Peer Review Rated" rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Glaser is active in various civic affairs. He serves on national committees of the United States Tennis Association. He has also served on many civic and charitable boards including Temple Emanuel, the search committee for the City of Creve Coeur, Westwood Country Club, Lucky Lane Nursery School and others. Recently, Mr. Glaser was listed in "The National Registry of Who's Who" 2000 Edition under Legal Services.
